Is this pokemon hacked?

I've recently traded for a lv 1 piplup and where it says pokemon met it says egg received from day care couple but says egg apparently hatched does that make it a hacked pokemon? all its IV's and EV's are normal but ive never seen "apparently hatched" before

No it is not hacked
The only signs of a pokemon that is hacked are
1. the OT id number is one number repeted
example: OT 333333 when is should be mixed 351848
2 When the pokemon says caught at route that is impossible for the type of pokemon to be caught
example: Piplup Caught at route 21 (the only way you can get a piplup is by hatching one or trading) or Darkri Caught route 13 (darkri can only be obtained by an event!!)
