Unkowns on Diamond/Pearl

I just spent a couple hours getting all 28 unknowns. Has any information been leaked to what u get for this task other than a hippopotas and writing words on pokeballs? I saw some videos of people catching AR celebis in the ruins so u think celebi will be caught through unkowns sometime? Seems lame to catch 28 pokes and not even get an item. Anyone know anything about this?

Maybe something will happen in a johto regoin remake, but nothing is known now.
